Process for filing Insurance Claim
Every product has a unique serial number, which is also printed on warranty card, provided along with each product.
Customer is requested to retain the warranty card for all the future communications.
In case of a problem, the customer has to lodge complaint through customer car department. This can be done either by mail sent to email@example.com or registering a complaint at customer care no. 0731-2018148.
On receipt of a complaint, a unique complaint registration no. shall be provided to the customer
On registration of a complaint, The Company Shall forward the matter to the Insurance Company.
Insurance company shall send their surveyor for further Inspection.
A surveyor shall generate an inspection report thereafter.
Based on inspection report appropriate amount will be settled.
Note: The total allotted time for settling the insurance claim will be 30 days from filing a complaint.
