Replacement warranty is being provided for 3 years from the date of purchase.
If any technical issue occurs in the product then the customer has to report the same to the seller and seller will report this to S.P. Combined.
After receiving the product the company will then check the product for problem Identification, then will rectify the problem, then will replace the product. After 3 years from billing date/purchase date company is not liable to replace the product.
The same process can take 15 days for replacement.
Note: Any physical damage caused externally (to dial/device) will not be covered under replacement policy.
We provide 3 years replacement warranty with each product, warranty period begin from date of purchase.
